According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH.gov)-“Water represents a critical nutrient whose absence will be lethal within days”.

Our bodies are made of about 75% water, as is our planet, and this delicate balance is essential to life.

Water improves thermoregulation, cognitive performance, overall hydration, cellular health & function, gastrointestinal and kidney function, heart function, headaches, skin conditions, energy and metabolism, and countless chronic conditions, according to the Centers for Disease Control. -(CDC.gov)

Specifically, spring water or alkaline water has been shown to have highly beneficial and preventative properties over bottled or tap water.

In Hot Springs, Arkansas, we have access to a remarkably rare and precious resource, some of the most mineral rich water in the world. Water which millions of people have travelled to our city to partake—truly a blessing from our Earth. So nourish yourself and our planet: protect clean drinking water sources, and drink responsibly.
