The 4C Training Program is an opportunity for young people to earn a lawn care/landscaping certification, a useful and necessary skill which they can carry with them as they transition into young adults. Some may even seek advanced training or become young entrepreneurs through this basic life skills introduction and certification process.
The Webb Community Center, located at 127 Pleasant Street in Hot Springs, will serve as the 4C Training Program's meeting hub. Some classes and instructional time will take place at the Webb Center, while other activities will be completed online via links and information which will be provided to students after registration. For hands-on instructional activities, students will meet at the Webb Center and/or a pre-arranged work site within the Hot Springs community.
