4C Services Program:

​

The 4C Program began in 2017 as a project to educate youth as well as teach the importance of caring for our neighbors and neighborhoods through community service.  Since inception, the 4C program has provided free lawn care service for hundreds of local residents, helping them save money and avoid fines and fees due to unkempt properties. 

​

The 4C Program is evolving to meet the changing needs of our community, and has grown to include property maintenance assistance and resources, in addition to our lawn care and community service efforts.
